We’re looking for a high-performing Talent Delivery Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-desk recruiting role, meaning you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships while also sourcing, qualifying, and delivering top-tier candidates.If you’re someone who knows how to build real relationships with clients, keep a pipeline warm, and close roles with urgency and accuracy—this is your seat.

What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end recruiting process—from client intake to final offerPartner with hiring managers to define roles and set hiring strategiesSource, screen, and engage qualified candidates across tech, engineering, and marketing rolesPresent curated shortlists and manage interview pipelinesProvide regular client updates, market insights, and candidate feedbackEnsure a high-touch experience for both candidates and clientsHelp build and maintain a strong bench of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs)Contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery playbook

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in full-desk or agency recruitingStrong understanding of the tech, creative, or engineering hiring landscapeExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsProven ability to work with urgency, focus, and follow-throughYou know the difference between activity and results—and you prioritize the latterYou don’t ghost, you don’t guess, and you always show up
